2-4 Create-A-Play: Mini Musical
CAMP DETAILS
Description: Take center stage and find your light in an intensive week dedicated to the "triple threat" skills of stage presence and storytelling. Campers will bring characters to life through song and dance, crafting their own roles and creating an original mini-musical. The week culminates in a showcase performance where campers share their tuneful characters and story with friends and family.
Camp Focus: Create-A-Play (create and perform an original play)
Grade Range: 2nd-4th grade
Camp Dates: Monday-Friday, August 17-21
Camp Time: 9am-12pm
End of Camp Showcase: This camp will culminate in a short showcase of skills learned at the end of camp on the last day!
Morning Care: For an additional charge of $50, Morning Care is available for early drop offs from Monday-Friday 8am-9am. (This is a total charge of $50, not $50 per day.)
Lunch: For students who are participating in morning and afternoon classes, please pack a lunch. Students staying between courses will have a supervised lunch / recess period from 12pm-1pm.

K-1 Fairytales and Fables
CAMP DETAILS
Description: In this enchanting class, young performers embark on a journey through mythical realms and beloved storybooks to discover the basics of stage presence. Campers will bring legendary creatures and characters to life to tell a story of their own. The week culminates in a showcase performance where campers share their magical characters and story with friends and family.

Description: To wrap-up the summer and prepare for the school year ahead, campers will explore stories that take place at school. Prepare to act out the first day back and create a fiction school story of your own. The week culminates in a showcase performance where campers share their magical characters and story with friends and family.

Description: Take your acting to the next level by diving deep into the actor's craft. This session focuses on character development, script analysis, and the art of "living truthfully" under imaginary circumstances. Students will work on scene study and monologue techniques, learning how to use their body, voice, and intuition to create memorable, grounded performances. Great for students ready to challenge themselves and grow their dramatic range.
P.A.Y.A - This course is Pay-As-Your-Able programming, with pricing options on a sliding scale of $75-$300 available for families in need of additional financial support. Thanks to community donations, P.A.Y.A makes Park Square Theatre accessible for all families.
K-2nd Ensemble Expedition!
Ready, set, explore! In this high-energy class, performers will embark on a creative journey to build foundational performance skills. Through imaginative play, storytelling, crafts, and collaborative theater games, students will learn how to work as a team (the "Ensemble") to bring characters and far-off worlds to life. This course is the perfect first step for kids looking to build confidence and find their voice on stage!

3rd-8th Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka KIDS - PSE Youth Production (12:30pm-3:30pm)
In this 7 week course, students will sing, dance, and act as they rehearse to perform the musical Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka KIDS. Follow Charlie Bucket as he and four other unique children win a tour of Willy Wonka’s magical chocolate factory!
This camp culminates in a full performance (Nov. 8th) of Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka KIDS on the Park Square Andy Boss Thrust Stage.
