3rd-9th: Cinderella Rockin' in the 80's! (Full Day Production Camp)

Description: This two-week long, full day production camp will culminate in a showing of Ciderella Rockin' in the 80's! on the last day of camp. Actors will work with a script, build their own sets and costumes, and explore the firt steps of the rehearsal process. Students are expected to memorize lines, work colaboratively in the ensemble, and contribute to on and off stage production needs.
Camp Focus: Production, Acting, Tech Theatre
Grade Range: 3rd-9th
Camp Dates: TWO WEEKS LONG, Mondays-Fridays, 7/7-7/18
Camp Time: FULL DAY 9:00am-4:00pm
End of Camp Performance Details: This camp will culminate performance for invitied friends and family! Students will perform at 4:15pm on the final day of camp! (Please note that this time is extended from the usual camp hours!)
Before Care: For an additional charge of $50, Before Care is available for early drop off from 8:00am-9:00am. (This is a total charge of $50, not $50 per day.)
After Care: For an additional charge of $40, After Care is available for late pick up from Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-5:00pm. There is no after care available on Fridays. (This is a total charge of $40, not $40 per day.)

8th-12: Clue The Musical 3-Week Full-Day Production Camp

Clue: The Musical Directed by Rachel McCarthy
This three-week long, performance camp will be fully produced on the Andy Boss Thrust Stage at Park Square Theatre!
The internationally popular game is now a fun-filled musical that brings the world’s best-known suspects to life and invites the audience to help solve the mystery: who killed Mr. Boddy, in what room, and with what weapon. The audience receives forms to help them deduce the solution from clues given throughout the fun-filled evening. Three audience members choose from cards representing the potential murderers, weapons, and rooms; there are 216 possible solutions! Only one hard-nosed female detective is qualified to unravel the merry mayhem. Comic antics, witty lyrics, and a beguiling score carry the investigation from room to room. Even after the culprit confesses, a surprise twist delights the audience.
How Casting/Participation Works:
Students who register for this camp are guarunteed a part in the production, and are expected to participate regardless of how they are cast. On the first day of camp, the ensemble will read through the play, and go through a series of auditions and callbacks. The cast list will be sent out before the second day of camp begins.
Grade Range: 8th-12th Grade

Clue: High School Edition Directed by Rachel McCarthy
This three-week long, performance camp will be fully produced on the Andy Boss Thrust Stage at Park Square Theatre!
Tech Camp students will support the technical aspects of this production, and be the primary running crew on performance days. Students will shaddow and support professional designers in the lighting, costume, set, and properties departments. Learn hands on skills, and explore what it takes to manage, run, and collaborate with a team of theater technicians.
