Sing and dance along to your favorite movie musical adaptations, and explore what makes a musical ripe for transition to the silver screen, or the other way around! Dig into classics like Sound of Music, and the Music Man all the way to new productions like Beetlejuice and Mean Girls!

6th-8th: Down the Rabbit Hole
CAMP DETAILS
Description: The Alice and Wonderland story has been adapted and editied time and time again. And now it's your turn! Work as an ensemble to reimagine parts of this story in small and large group scenes. Learn the basics of playwriting and story structure as you work on acting skills through games and activities.

Grade Range: 6th-8th
Camp Dates: Monday-Friday, 6/16-6/20
Camp Time: 9:00am-12:00pm
End of Camp Showcase: This camp will culminate in a short showcase of skills learned at the end of camp on the last day!
Before Care: For an additional charge of $50, Before Care is available for early drop off from 8:00am-9:00am. (This is a total charge of $50, not $50 per day.)
Full Day Lunch Coverage: Free Lunch Coverage (between 12:00pm-1:00pm is available for campers who are registered in BOTH morning and afternoon camps.

Description: A silly, wacky, hillarious camp filled with laughter and joy! Learn the basics of what makes the craft of improv skillful and successful.

Park Square is proud to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, and Pride Month through these Pride themed camps aimed to enhance self expression, creativity, and empathy.
Description: LGBTQIA+ stories and characters have been woven into the history of theatre for centuries. In this acting class, use scenes, monologues, and spoken word to learn about queer and theatre history.
Camp Focus: Acting, Playwriting
