Clue: The Musical Directed by Rachel McCarthy
This three-week long, performance camp will be fully produced on the Andy Boss Thrust Stage at Park Square Theatre!
The internationally popular game is now a fun-filled musical that brings the world’s best-known suspects to life and invites the audience to help solve the mystery: who killed Mr. Boddy, in what room, and with what weapon. The audience receives forms to help them deduce the solution from clues given throughout the fun-filled evening. Three audience members choose from cards representing the potential murderers, weapons, and rooms; there are 216 possible solutions! Only one hard-nosed female detective is qualified to unravel the merry mayhem. Comic antics, witty lyrics, and a beguiling score carry the investigation from room to room. Even after the culprit confesses, a surprise twist delights the audience.
How Casting/Participation Works:
Students who register for this camp are guarunteed a part in the production, and are expected to participate regardless of how they are cast. On the first day of camp, the ensemble will read through the play, and go through a series of auditions and callbacks. The cast list will be sent out before the second day of camp begins.
Grade Range: 8th-12th Grade
Camp Dates: THREE WEEKS LONG, Monday-Friday July 14th-August 3rd

Description:
Clue: High School Edition Directed by Rachel McCarthy
This three-week long, performance camp will be fully produced on the Andy Boss Thrust Stage at Park Square Theatre!
Tech Camp students will support the technical aspects of this production, and be the primary running crew on performance days. Students will shaddow and support professional designers in the lighting, costume, set, and properties departments. Learn hands on skills, and explore what it takes to manage, run, and collaborate with a team of theater technicians.

CAMP DETAILS
Description: Grab your overals and goggles, and follow Kevin, Bob, and the other minions into a theatrical drama adventure! Work with your fellow actors to create imaginative worlds, original characters, and help the minions save the day!

Grade Range: 3rd-5th
Camp Dates: Monday-Friday, 7/21-7/25
Camp Time: 9:00am-12:00pm
End of Camp Showcase: This camp will culminate in a short showcase of skills learned at the end of camp on the last day!

Description: ...Are You Ready For It? This T-Swift summer camp extravaganza will use Musical Theatre techniques to create choreography for some Taylor's most popular songs! By the end of this week you will be Enchanted and Bejewled from this Swiftie immersion!

Description: There is so much more to explore in Middle Earth than Bilbo, Frodo, and the Ring. Using the Hobbit and LOTR as inspiration, young artist will use games, scenes, crafts, and more to build an actor's toolkit of skills.

Description: Explore what makes Taylor Swift one of the most prolific storyteling songwriters of our time. Sing and Dance to songs out of her impressive collection and chanel your inner pop diva in this musical theatre camp. Students willl be challenged to work together to use the songs of Taylor Swift to inspire an original story.

Description: This winter musicals themed class will make it feel frozen in July! Singing and dancing to songs from Frozen, Elf, Nightmare Before Christmas, and other classic winter musicals, campers will enjoy this week-long musical theatre camp!

Description: Your Voice is one of the most important tools in the Actor's toolkit! In this camp, learn how to craft cartoon characters, dip into the world of accents and dialects, and find your own unique voice! Work with scenes, monologues, commercial copy, and original written works to bring characters to life!
